What's the Newest Phony Ploy in Forced Birth

I've been sparring with on-line comments about abortion for over a decade and several arguments to justify anti abortion have been run up the flagpole. All readers have heard the one which claims each fetus has "unique DNA." After it was pointed out the sperm cells from the same man and eggs from the same woman differ it was hard to continue arguing the DNA thingy. Before that were "unique fingerprints" and so on. None of these held water.

Apparently, Force Birth "big thinkers" realized they needed to make a claim that was not testable and thus could not be refuted. Someone came up with "you can prove the fetus is a human being by using philosophy." Somewhere, apparently, is a person or two who went through a series of assumptions and came up with the conclusion the fetus is a "human being." I've asked but not received the sources.

One of my critics on this blog sited a young professor of philosophy in a small college who made this claim. I looked at his web page and noticed he had not listed the article used to justify Forced Birth in his list of publications. In other words, it was not a professional article in the field of philosophy.

I have point out often there is not a body of literature in the field of philosophy which concludes the fetus is an human being. I'm sure there are a handful of professors who are Forced Birth but I'm also certain nearly all professors of philosophy are in favor of abortion rights.

On comment pages of religious sites, commenters who claim "philosophy proves the fetus is a human being" are always rather smug as if they know something deep that other mere mortals do not know. Yet they never reveal what it is they "know." They are yet another example of the shifty and dishonest operatives working in Forced Birth.

Looking at the political landscape in front of them, one can understand why they go as low as they do. They are losing state elections about abortion rights. Numbers for the House and Senate do not look good for them. Add to that, Stormy Daniels. That just about explains everything.
