After Being "the Establishment" for a Thousand Years, Christianity Claims It's "Anti Establishment"

There is a wind bag who publishes a lot in the Christian press, Wallace Henley, who went on a tear recently after he saw Satan portrayed on Grammy Awards show. He railed against "the establishment." Goodness, we have "God" on our coins, prayers in Congress and God preached about in public schools across the South and "the establishment is made up of anti-Christian views? Hard to fathom.

The link author outlines specifically which parts of "the establishment" is out to harm Christianity.

1.) The Information Establishment and its Elites. We've heard this before, the press hates conservatives and especially those who are religious. My observation is the opposite. All views, including my own are subjective.

2.)   The Entertainment Establishment and its elites. This is big just now after the recent awards show that had some Satan looking people. Too bad, but today Satan sells. It's the public that wants this. Anyway, it's harmless.

3.) The Academic Establishment and its elites. As an insider, there is no "academic establishment."

4.) The Political Establishment and its elites. What? Religion has taken over the Republican party but its "elites" are on Satan's team? The last Republican Platform had plenty of God and anti-abortion. And the Supreme Court just overturned Roe. This is just false.

5. The Corporate Establishment and its elites. While I would agree this segment will not be a reliable force for putting religion into government, it is the right's religious establishment that gave it power. A few decades ago the religious right suddenly became an opponent of taxes and regulation. Windbag Henley should take some of the blame for this.

So, what should be done about these Satan-inspired establishment groups? He goes into the usual blather about praying, parents raising Christian children and the church being more demanding. None of this will accomplish anything until leaders like the link author own up to their own shortcomings and the empty message in the Bible.
