Note to Some Christians: Your God Gave you a Brain. Use it.

Story after story appears by about "unexplained" things people claim to have seen during the past election. This is followed by story after story of logical explanations about what those people saw and disprove dishonesty in the election. Yet, there are prominent celebrities, public figures and preachers claiming Biden stole the election.

If it were only a self serving political hack like Trump saying this it would not matter so much. But it includes people who should have by now read all the information showing the huge theft of votes is nothing but political trickery.

I've read the description of a video showing an unmarked white van showing up after dark. In shadowy filming a driver unloads cartons and wheels them into a polling site. The voice over tells viewers the cartons contain illegal ballots. No one in the video reports that the driver of the van is eventually located along with those inside the polling site who all explained the cartons contained camera equipment for video taping the vote count.

There is another video about boxes or bags arriving carrying "fraudulent ballots" which turn out to be thumb drives identifiable to voting machines. The record of votes on the thumb drives were then entered into the tally computers.

I've discussed here before the Rudy Giuliani and company conspiracy theory that somehow the late Hugo Chaves of Venezuela designed a master computer that controlled all other voting computers and could elect Biden when Trump got more votes. The computers are all freestanding and not connected to other computers.

I think there is an irony here in that Trump crowed before the election that if he lost it would be because of a fraudulent election. It could be that making public his plan to complain made those who manage voting sites and vote counts from coast to coast were even more careful because they needed to be prepared for these accusations. Whatever the reason, election officials were more than ready to wave off Trumps complaints and nothing has come of them.

When clergy, and even laypeople, participate in absurdity some of that absurdity gets rubbed onto the faith. Smart Christians will avoid harming their faith by recognizing secular reality.

  1. Trump logic: if you win it’s because everyone loves you, and if you lose it’s because the election was stolen by the democrats and the late Hugo Chavez.

  4. The current pulse of the democrat party is their mass celebration on social media over an elderly man's positive corona result. Supposedly, they are concerned with corona. That is a lie.

That is untrue. Testimony (evidence) indicates the Dominion machines require an ethernet cord to function. How convenient. Further, the internet traffic (volume) to these specific machines was measured on election day to spike. How the forensic experts were able to measure the internet traffic is a whole other discussion. It makes me think they have access to the server.

The machines were tested and approved by Trump's own government employees.

If we want intrigue and conspiracy I made up my own. Trump talked before the election about "cheating." On the morning of election day I recall seeing an interview with Sidney Powel. She (He) said, "We know there is cheating...." Now, how would she (he) and Trump "know" there was cheating before the election day began? If they "knew" there was cheating on the mail in ballots, where did they learn it?

The answer is they were paying their own people to cheat. When their own people were "discovered" the whole thing goes to court. How many times did Trump crow he had the Supreme Court in his pocket? Goes to court evern with his own people guilty and, "bam", his appointees and hangers-on make him President for another term.

My conspiracy theory is very far fetched. But it has more going for it than the rigged voting machines conspiracy theory. The latter has absolutely nothing.

The voting machine conspiracy theory is put out there to raise money from the gullible. It is doing well. We can expect it to keep being repeated so long as it shows a positive cash flow.

There must be a few hundred public officials across all the local governments who supported and voted for Trump. There are high ones, the highest in the U.S., the AG. Not one has challenged the claims on Dominion's web page.

    2. "The machines were tested and approved by Trump's own government employees."

That is not correct. Elections are run by the states. Trump does not run them. If he did, he had government employees like the corrupt Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok Lisa Page. Undoubtedly, there are more entrenched swamp creatures from the previous administration that are "Trump's own government employees".

Re: Dominionvoting, yes, let's check in with the fox to see how safe the chickens are being kept. I am sure everything is ok. We should pay them to audit themselves.

    3. Henry--If this was really an effort to get into the Supreme Court, one would think the leading Supreme Court attorney for social conservatives would be the face of the effort. For good reason, Jay Sekulow is not in the clown car. He is, however, blogging about how great the effort is going. In the firm's blogs, it devotes a few word about the effort, then launches into its own fund raising from suckers. His firm is playing the same game of raising money from the gullible as Trump/Rudy. The Sekulows, however, cannot afford to look ridiculous and be in the clown car. Rudy is the go-to clown.

    4. There is a preponderance of the evidence that election fraud was committed/orchestrated by democrats in the battleground states. The complainants should be heard rather than their character attacked. That is the left's and your defense of the fraud.

We suffered through 4 years of Russia, Russia, Russia in regard to the elections. After $48 million of trolling and lies, they discovered the dirty dossier on Trump was a sham used to shore up a knowingly falsified affidavit in a FISA Court. In the end, they declared Trump innocent and the full force of government was used by political operatives to attempt overturning the will of the people. Yes, Trump was wiretapped in 2016. The news media back then laughed at him when he said this. The democrats had a "plumber team" much more insidious.

In Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, etal, we cannot yet ascertain the will of the people due to actions of crime families and such. It is a mess.

Elections are supposedly important to democrats. We just spent four years trying to find truth on their behalf. Now, they do not want any explanation for a plethora of circumstantial and direct evidence of election fraud and foreign influence? Really strange.

Your attack of their character means you are out of argument.

    5. Henry 9:29 As the Federal Judge in Wisconsin wrote this morning, if there were failures in equipment monitors, oversight of procedures or any other matter in how the votes were cast or how they were counted there was ample opportunity to pass legislation to prevent problems years ago. Certainly there has been four years to do SOMETHING. As she said, the losers in the election did NOTHING.

That is "evidence." The evidence is this is nothing but a scheme to raise money from the gullible. The latter is going well.

As a column this morning explains, Trump has found a way to raise tons of money that otherwise would be channeled into the Republican National Committee. He is giving some to the RNC but, of course, with his own directions on where it is to be spent. Thus, he is starving the RNC. A political party with the singular purpose of making one man rich and powerful will be entertaining to watch.

And more laws will do what? Why not enforce the existing laws? That is all that is being asked.

Besides that, prior to the election, the lower courts and various non-legislative entities (local and state courts, governors, secretary of states) usurped power for themselves and legislated new election laws and procedures within the last month of the general election. In some cases, these actions went against the express real-time will of the legislative bodies. So what good would additional legislation do? It could just be overruled by those lacking constitutional power.

I'm not an attorney, but I've been involved with groups two different times trying to get into Federal Court or trying to win there. Both times, 30 years apart, the court's ruling was, "You came in too late. You should have established a track record of trying to correct things and then shown use they were not corrected. We're not going to upset the ongoing business of government at this late date."

"...governors, secretary of states usurped power for themselves and legislated new election laws and procedures during the last month of the general election."

Is there a legislative record of testimony from the Trump campaign against this legislation?? I suspect not because they didn't care then and don't really care now. The so called legal issues are part of a fund raising campaign.

    8. Yes. PA legislature expressly said "no" to mail-in ballots when asked immediately prior to election 2020. Mail-in ballots were used anyway at the direction of the PA Supreme Court. There was no time to correct one month beforehand, particularly when fraud had not yet occurred. There would have been little interest beforehand from higher courts. Any fraud is backwards looking. The catch-22 is clever. Before election....no standing as voting has not yet occurred. After election.....untimely filing. Very clever. But, not unsurmountable. The hook is set, and they are aggressively trying to shake the hook out of their mouth. Not going to work. It is already set pretty hard. They over-reached. Too much evidence. Too bold. Even the distractions of the news media or the Obamba appointed justices cannot get them loose.

    9. Henry--Trying to follow your thinking here. The PA Supreme Court ruled mail in ballots were legal votes. So, mail in ballots were counted in PA as legal votes. So, where is the fraud?

      Delete
    10. One fraud is the breaching of separation of powers. Courts interpret the law. Legislative bodies make law. Courts should not legislate, particularly items expressly reserved for the state legislature such as regulation and execution of elections. That is one fraud.

Another fraud is ballot box stuffing. We got to see video of the democrat crime family execute this in Georgia as just one example.

Another fraud is feeding democrat ballots through the voting tabulator multiple times. We got to see video on that. Illegal.

Another fraud is to not simply have the voting machines count one-for-one, but instead, they have a complicated algorithm, likely externally trigger, where votes for the democrat candidate increases while the votes for the Republican candidate decreases. Illegal.

Another fraud is to use Xeroxed military ballots and mark them 100% for Biden and slip them into the piles. 2000+ consecutive military votes for Biden. Really?

Another fraud is not having partisan observers from both major parties. Widespread within battleground states. This allows all of the above crimes to occur unobstructed. Illegal.

I am sure I missed some. It'll be interesting see them try to shake that treble hook out.

  6. Henry 8:34 Lots of material for stand up comedy in your post.

"One fraud is the breaching of separation of powers."

Try using the word "fraud" in court for that one. Even light-weight Rudy explicitly said in court he was not there to allege fraud. He would lose is license to practice law if he lied in front of a judge. Calling abuse of separation of powers a "fraud" would be lying. Now, what about the arcane argument the Georgia Supreme Court had no right to approve mail in ballots. The clown car had the opportunity to challenge and overrule that decision. Sorry, that dog don't hunt.

As to the hundreds of "I saw this" allegations and videos sent into the clown car claiming "fraud", a federal court does not administer local elections. This is about the "separation of powers" you alluded to admiring above. Apparently, you have a different use of the term for this purpose. The eye witnesses and videos needed to be shown to whomever is running the voting site. If unsatisfied, the compliant goes to the next up the line. My understanding is all those videos and allegations were bogus and that is why the clown car got nowhere with them.

As to the voting machines, every time a batch of voting machines is purchased by a local government there are specifications published. Both Democrats and Republicans demand this. The specifications are provided by either the Federal Government, National Association of Legislators, a university or some combination. Both Republicans and Democrats are afraid the other will cheat so the specifications, testing and administration are drawn up with suspicion of the other party.

And, "...they have a complicated algorithm, likely external trigger.." gives you today's "Best Bull $hit Award."
